Friends of Addiction Recovery- New Jersey has established chapters in Union County, Essex County, Middlesex County, Mercer County, and Burlington County that can make a difference in the lives of addicted individuals and those in recovery.  Each chapter has held focus groups to determine the needs in their particular county and are now working to engage and rally residents in recovery from addiction, their families, friends and allies in a campaign to:

  • Educate the public and end stigma
  • Improve treatment and access to it
  • Support Recovery
  • Celebrate the positive aspects of recovery

Join your local chapter.  Learn to turn your experience and skills into action and give back to the recovering community. Each chapter has already come together in focus groups to discuss how to educate and engage their communities. Please give your insight and opinions about how the Recovery Community should be developed by participating in the Recovery Community Survey. When you have answered the questions please return the survey by mail or fax as indicated on the form.
