IN ADDICTION RECOVERY?
KNOW YOUR RIGHTS

To overcome stigma and discrimination, people in recovery or who are receiving treatment need to understand the rights, responsibilities and remedies the law affords them. Knowing one’s rights can mean gaining fair access to a job, housing, or health services. This brochure is intended to give an overview of the rights responsibilities and remedies available to a recovering person or someone who cares about a recovering person.

Download your personal copy of the our Know Your Rights brochure, or contact Public Affairs at 609-689-0121 to have a printed copy sent to you.
