For over five years, NCADD-NJ has been under contract to provide substance abuse assessments of clients under the supervision of the New Jersey Juvenile Justice Commission (JJC).  Up to 200 assessments are performed each year.

The assessments are conducted in order to determine the presence and extent of a substance abuse problem.  NCADD-NJ provides the JJC with written recommendations as to the appropriate level of care needed by the assessed youth.
