Family Violence Option Initiative Case Managers-Clifton, Newark, Robbinsville and Camden
The Case Manager provides in-person and web-based secure video Family Violence Option (FVO) Risk Assessments, safety plans, and service plans that are designed to lead to employment-directed activities to the extent that engaging in employment does not endanger the individual.
Must be a Master’s Level Social Worker, Counselor, Advanced Practice Nurse, Psychologist, and be a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCADC, or hold other related clinical license. Certification in domestic violence training strongly preferred. At least 1.5 years of direct experience working with individuals impacted by domestic violence, knowledge of trauma, substance use, and mental health disorders strongly preferred. Must have extensive assessment and case management experience.
Must be able to work across organizational boundaries in order to obtain services from various agencies that collaborate with WFNJ recipients, welfare caseworkers, DCP&P, the legal system and the domestic violence service providers and shelters, in the development of a service plan.

Family Violence Option Initiative Quality Assurance Specialist-Robbinsville
The Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) is responsible for ensuring that clinical and administrative processes are conducted in accordance with the Family Violence Option (FVO) policies and procedures in order to meet the contractual obligations required by the Department of Human Services, Division of Family Development (DFD), and that client data is recorded and documented to ensure compliance and client safety. The QAS is responsible for promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the FVO; thereby, ensuring cost effective and consistent Case Management of the highest standards.
Must hold a Master’s Degree in a related field of study with a minimum of 2 years experience with the direct responsibilities of clinical quality assurance, policy compliance, and goal-driven programmatic outcomes.
